Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
